Pathways – Courses for Emerging & Aspiring Illustrators (Online and In Person)

Pathways Plus is a series of Masterclasses and Short Courses for aspiring and emerging illustrators looking to improve their practice and learn about making successful children’s books.

The courses are all delivered by award-winning illustrators and highly-experienced publishers, and provide an amazing opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, giving participants a real insight into the world of children’s publishing.

Pathways Plus courses can be taken as one-offs or in a package and have been developed by the same team who created Pathways Into Children’s Publishing, a unique, highly-acclaimed two-year creative and professional training programme for emerging illustrators. All participants must be 18 or over to attend.

Masterclass 2: Illustrating People – the Nosy Parker’s Guide with Sara Ogilvie & Jane Buckley Sat 11 December 2021 & Sat 15 January 2022

Short Course: Creating Visual Sequences with Characters with Viviane Schwarz & Ben Norland Sat 29 January  & Sat 12 February 2022
