magCulture Live returns! The annual conference championing the creativity at the heart of magazine culture is back in real life. As ever, they’ll be highlighting great magazine work across art direction, editing, photography, illustration and typography, but it’s also a day to celebrate magazines!
magCulture Live will take place on Thursday 4th November back at their regular home, Conway Hall in central London. Bringing together the magazine community to share brilliant examples of creative magazine-making from across the mainstream and independent sectors, celebrating what has been a great year (against all odds) for publishing!
The magCulture pop-up shop will be open on the day, along with familiar partners and other associated side events.
For the first time this event will also be offering special live-streaming for part of the event. If you’re not able to make it to London, select the live-stream ticket at booking and tune in to the afternoon session, accessible via password protected link. All ticket-holders (IRL and streaming) will have access to a video of the entire day’s talks.

The hope is that the day not only acts as a source of inspiration but offers practical learnings for anyone keen to jump into the world of publishing themselves. All speakers listed are confirmed, but we reserve the right to change the line-up for reasons beyond our control. We’re unable to refund tickets once booked.
Covid-19
The event will be following both Conway Hall’s and the government’s Covid-19 guidelines; please bear in mind that advice may change as the event nears. As it stands, we’ve reduced our ticket numbers to 250 this year to ensure more space for everyone, and we ask that you please consider the following:
Before coming to the event, please do everything you can to make sure that you are not infectious. Please do a lateral flow test the day before the event—whether you are double-vaccinated or not—and bring a facemask for the day. Free NHS lateral flow tests can be ordered from here.
If you are showing any Covid-19 symptoms, please do not attend the conference. Similarly, if you believe you have been in close contact with someone with Covid-19 , and aren’t double vaccinated, please do not attend.
