Illustration and Wellbeing: Online Course
Connect and reflect through illustration

Join illustrator and educator Merlin Evans for this 6 week course inspired by Gestalt art therapy and its practices of connecting, exploring and integration as tools for self-reflection and creativity.
Class times
Live online classes take place 6.30-8.30pm GMT on Monday evenings from 1 November to 6 December 2021.
Experience needed
No prior experience needed. A desire and intent to engage in self reflective practices would be helpful.

About the tutor
Merlin Evans is an award-winning illustrator, scribe and educator who’s been teaching at House of Illustration since 2011. Merlin specialises in scientific illustration, and currently holds the post of Medical Illustrator in Residence at the Centre of Performance Science, run by Royal College of Music and Imperial College London. She has lectured internationally and taught at numerous art colleges, schools and universities across the UK. Selected previous clients include Tate Modern, The British Library, The Design Museum, Central Saint Martins, NHS, John Lewis, Bloomsbury Books, Latitude Festival and Time Out.
