Illo Grad Network 20/21 : Session 1 / Being a business

Discover how to lay down the basic building blocks of your illustration business and set achievable goals for the future. Exclusively for graduates! Book below or via our Eventbrite.
Are you recent illustration graduate, leaving university in 2020 – 2021?

The AOI have set up a new community events programme just for you!

Leaving university and entering the illustration industry is an exciting and challenging time. It can be tricky to know how to get started and where to go for advice.

We reached out to a number of recent graduates to ask them what they feel they need to know, now that they’re starting out on their illustration career. They highlighted worries such as graduating during a pandemic, feeling lost, not knowing how to get going as a business, pricing, not knowing how to find clients or how to improve as an illustrator.

Do any of these concerns feel familiar?

We will be answering these questions (and many more!) across four fun networking events.

Join us for practical business advice, confidence boosting tips and access to supportive community of other recent graduates.
