Join Illo G – the Glasgow AOI meet-up – on a creative drawing journey around Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. The museum is home to fantastic displays detailing Scotland’s relationship with the world – plus it also houses a Dali, a Monet, a collection of stuffed animals from all continents and myriad of other artefacts.

Leading the session is illustrator Tita Berredo who will guide you on a mix of observational and imaginative drawing exercises based on the items in display.

For this free meet-up, please bring your sketchbooks, drawing material, and perhaps something to lean on. There are lots of local eateries for lunch and socialising afterwards.

PLEASE NOTE: Arrive early, or on time, as the meet-up group will be entering the museum at 11am.

Accessibility

The museum has a lift and access for those in wheelchairs and there are plenty of benches around for tired legs. The AOI would like to make events accessible to all, where possible. Please let us know your access requirements at least one week in advance by emailing [email protected]
