Getting Illustration Commissions Post Pandemic
Has the pandemic changed the illustration landscape? What is different for represented and unrepresented illustrators, and what can illustrators think about to get work as we exit the pandemic?
Swedish based Illustrator Adrianna Bellet will join with UK based agent Jon Cockley (Handsome Frank) to share their experiences as well as giving practical tips and advice on getting work. Ren Renwick, CEO at the AOI, the UKs professional body for illustration, will chair the conversation allowing time for questions at the end.

About the speakers:
Adriana Bellet is an illustrator who delights in painting spirited faces and colourful spaces. She focuses on editorial illustration and publishing, drawing for various international press publications and illustrating book covers.
Jon Cockley co-founded the UK based illustration agency Handsome Frank in 2010. The agency now represents some of the world’s leading illustrators and image makers such as Jean Jullien, Malika Favre and Charlie Davis. The agency focuses on advertising and branding projects, as well as publishing in editorial. Prior to founding the agency Jon spent a decade working in publishing for London based titles Creative Review and Design Week.
Ren Renwick is CEO of The Association of Illustrators. The AOI is the world’s leading illustration body supporting and sustaining illustrators and the illustration industry.
