This class promotes well being and relaxation by guiding you along on a creative doodling journey. We use music to encourage creative flow and mindfulness with an emphasis on creating enjoyable experiences.
This exercise frees up our creativity and allows us to let go of the expectations and pressures we put on ourselves when creating.
We will follow a step by step process, creating a multi-layered, abstract piece of artwork. You’ll be amazed at what you can create.
You will need
- a large piece of paper/cardboard/packaging
- as many different art mediums you have at home e.g. pencils, pens, paints, pastels, rubbers etc. – almost anything that can be drawn on or drawn with!
