Drawn Intention: New Beginnings / Manchester meet-up

Let’s draw it in together for a Spring meet-up at Sadler’s Cat, a contemporary community pub at the heart of the NOMA neighbourhood in Manchester city centre.

Inspired by the arrival of spring, join us for a meet-up where we’ll explore the theme of New Beginnings and bring it to life through some collaborative drawing fun.
Working in small groups, we will create a collaborative piece of artwork, which once finished will be displayed on the wall of Sadlers Cat for us to see and enjoy in one complete piece! As we draw and create together over drinks, we will chat informally about what YOUR new beginning looks like for Spring, as the days get brighter and lighter.

We’ll ask questions and explore…
• What is your spring intention as an illustrator?

• What would you like to do, achieve or explore in your illustration practice this Spring?

• If you could do one thing this Spring, that would really help your practice, what would it be and why?

Whether you’re new to illustration or you’re a seasoned pro, please join, you are most welcome! Super friendly and informal, the meet-ups are a great opportunity to meet and chat to other illustrators from across Manchester, as well as feel supported, as we know that illustration can feel like a lonely business sometimes.

Don’t forget to bring your favourite pens and pencils, and a notebook to capture any thoughts.
