In conversation with AOI board director Montana Forbes, Aurélia Durand will discuss her passion for play and experimentation, her dedication to portray matters involving representation in an inclusive global community and why that is important to her.

Aurélia will share insights on purposefully creating art as joyful protest, the significance of empowerment and unified voices in illustration, challenging narrow perspectives and expanding into wider creative sectors.

The session will provide practical insights on embracing a multidisciplinary practice, cultivating purpose with passion, championing diversity and inclusion, whilst bringing forth a personal narrative to create a world in which we can connect to and joyfully embrace.
