Introducing a new morning meet-up series with ‘Blend‘ – our London meet-up for illustrators. ‘Sketchy Brekky’ is a drawing salon with a featured guest illustrator – part workshop and part drink & draw, but with coffee.

We’re excited to start this series with “Multiple Friend-winning Illustrator & picture book maker” Steve McCarthy. Steve is the creator of The Wilderness, a children’s book about a family of adventurers, which was nominated for the Yoto Carnegie medal for illustration (formerly known as – Kate Greenaway medal).

Come join for a cuppa or a croissant, see Steve share some of his recent work and process, plus get to draw with him too… a creative way to start the day.
