Birdwatching & Drawing with Matthew Cordell
Caldecott award-winning author/illustrator Matthew Cordell will “take” us along one of his birding adventures, show us how he spots and draws owls, and incorporates this process into his practice.
We’ll also get to draw along with him.

About our guest
Matthew Cordell is an American illustrator specialising in children’s books. He has also authored and illustrated several books, including one about his hero, Hello, Neighbor! The Kind and Caring World of Mister Rogers. Matthew says his pen and ink style is inspired by Jean-Jacques Sempe, Quentin Blake, and William Steig.
