How did you make this work:
Fairy tales have always been a huge inspiration for me. This illustration series began as an exploration of character design, with a focus on using exaggerated body shapes to express the core dramatic conflicts in each story. To achieve the desired effect, I create a screen-printed effect with bold, high-contrast colors. I enjoyed playing with different patterns and textures during the process.

Biography:
Yuying Luo, also known as Dorothy Luo or Luoluo, a freelance illustrator from China with a BA from Tsinghua University and an MA from Cambridge School of Art, has created illustrations for numerous children's books. Now based in London, she is expanding her portfolio and career opportunities globally. In her free time, she enjoys sketching and spending time with her two cats.
