How did you make this work:
My ongoing series 'Mind Body' is inspired by my healing journey the last 7 years. I was misdiagnosed by my doctor at age 5 and my skin became addicted to and damaged by steroid creams for 21 years. During recovery and withdrawal, I also discovered I have CPTSD from childhood trauma and my healing with this began too. My hope is to help others heal as well by being vulnerable with my own journey.

Michelle Ku (she/they) is an artist based in Calgary, Canada with family heritage in Hong Kong. She likes to balance serious subject matter with cute characters and fun colours. After graduating with a BA from Central Saint Martins, Michelle has worked with companies such as Cartoon Network, Blink Ink, FX, and Golden Wolf.
