Why did you make this work:
I love experimenting with the different textures and lights that 3D software offers to achieve a tactile and lively look for my illustrations. This Illustration is inspired by the lushness of summer nature. The rich greens of my succulent houseplants, classic 50s pin up poses and the softness and sheen of vinyl toys.

What materials and techniques did you use?:
3D render with Cinema 4D and Redshift as render engine. Photoshop for comp and final adjustments.

How were your illustrations used:
As print which got accepted into the ecofeminism festival exhibition 2024

Biography:
Eva is an animation director, illustrator and ceramic artist based in London. She studied film in art school in Germany and chose animation and character design as the medium of her artistic expression. Eva loves to tell fun, short stories in her personal work as well as for animation and illustration commissions. Her colorful and playful pieces find the lighthearted approach to every topic.
