ProfessionalWhy did you make this work:
The book is about the mouse, the town's street cleaner, whose home is buried under stacks of rubbish. The story explores themes of community, environmental stewardship, and the socio-economic hierarchy. It conveys the message of being more mindful of our surroundings and emphasises the need to foster a harmonious society where every individual, regardless of size or status, is valued and cared for
What materials and techniques did you use?:
Monoprint, Collagraph, Digital Drawing
How were your illustrations used: I’ve always been interested in socially conscious topics and wanted to explore and develop ideas through children’s books. This is my first children’s book as an author-illustrator. I wrote and illustrated it, and I'm looking for a publisher.
