Why did you make this work:
This was a Call to Artists from the City of Mississauga to develop original designs for display at Scholars' Green Park, Mississauga. The goal of the artwork was to beautify several electrical boxes in the park and contribute to an environment that encourages social interaction and celebrates the urban forest.

What materials and techniques did you use?:
The background was vectorized in Adobe Illustrator, and the figures were illustrated on Procreate.

How were your illustrations used:
"Infinite Space" was utilized on a series of electrical boxes in Scholars' Green Park, Mississauga, Ontario.

Biography:
Chantal Lieu is an illustrator based in Cambridge, Ontario. She loves drawing animals and creating fun illustrations using a mix of digital collage and traditional textures. She strives to encourage children and adults to explore their imaginations and seek different ways of looking at the world around them. She has worked with the City of Mississauga to design box wraps for Scholars' Green Park.
