We are delighted to share the jury’s WIA2024 Longlist of 500 projects. Check them out before we announce the 200 shortlisted projects on 16 July, all eligible to win an award.

The World Illustration Awards is a global celebration of illustration. The awards are independently judged and feature artwork from international artists with diverse views and experiences. The views expressed in entries belong solely to the entrants and do not represent the views of the World Illustration Awards, its organisers, or its sponsors.

The World Illustration Awards, presented by the AOI in partnership with the Directory of Illustration, showcase great work being made by illustrators all over the world today.

Who judges the awards?

WIA Judges are experts in their sectors, and are chosen to represent a global view of illustration.
