Mark Levy

I trained traditionally in oils on canvas and I spent a few years freelancing as an illustrator before entering the Amusement Industry.  I have had over 25 years of experience in the creative industry, working across editorial, publishing, animation, and brand licensing. I use bold composition, rich atmosphere, and a cinematic visual approach.

My illustration work has been featured in publications such as Layered Butter, Film on Canvas, Stranger Things Art Book, and Underexposed – The 50 Greatest Movies Never Made, and exhibited with Poster Spy, Gallery 1988, Moor Art Gallery, Stroud Film Festival, and at my solo show in collaboration with Good On Paper. I have also been co-curator of the annual Stroud Film Festival movie posters exhibition for more than 6 years and founding member of Stroud Illustrators Collective, an eclectic group of graphic artists and illustrators, living and working in the Stroud area.
I also co-curated an exhibition of book cover illustrations for Stroud Book Festival.
