I’m a young illustrator from the Scottish Highlands and I live and breath for magazines, articles, films, music and books. I believe that the world is built on ideas and stories and that art is crucial to that process. I like to constantly play and experiment with a variety of media; with graphite and coloured pencil taking the lead, while paint, collage and digital manipulation provide support. I’m interested in exploring socio-political and cultural themes, human nature, and my own ideas and emotions in my illustrations.
I graduated in 2016 from the lovely Gray’s School of Art in Aberdeen where I bagged a First class degree specialising in Illustration. I now survive the art life hiding under a desk drawing in the heart of Edinburgh, Scotland.
