Sarah Papworth

Hello and welcome to my page. I trained as a textile designer at Winchester School of Art, graduating in 2002. I then went on to be an in-house homeware textile designer for about 8 years. 6 years ago I went freelance and have worked for companies such as Made.com, Kew Royal Botanical gardens, Bhs, Asda, Debenhams.

I am very keen on hand-lettering, and enjoy drawing people, animals, food, architecture and plants very much. I usually create sketches and drawings by hand/painted or sketched, then use Photoshop to pull together/edit and add detail.

I love to illustrate for a variety of areas such as books, editorial, private commissions and would like to create children book illustrations too.
