Artfelt is the award winning arts programme at Sheffield Children’s Hospital. Funded by The Children’s Hospital Charity, it uses art and design to transform the experience of being in hospital; commissioning artists to fill its spaces with bright art and offering creative engagement to patients during their stay. Young inpatients were involved throughout the commission from the design to the painting. The artwork explores themes of discovery, space, hope and growth.
