How did you make this work:
One day I found one of the daisies I planted didn’t enjoy living. She tried her best to leave this world but never succeed because she was trapped in a warm spring, like a sweet prison. As I bore witness to her struggle, I was reminded of the fragile nature of life, the constant battle to find purpose and meaning in a world that can be both vast and cruel.

Zihan Ye is a freelancer animator and illustrator based in London. She graduated from Camberwell College of Arts in Illustration and enjoys making handmade works and writing poetic stories. Ye loves adventures and is always eager to explore new forms and styles. Many of her works concern memory – how we use it as a tool to relate to the world, and how we construct it and at times invent it.
