Why did you make this work:
It was made during the middle of the pandemic winter. I was trapped in my NYC apartment for a year. Like everybody else, I was craving to have some access to nature. So a part of my wishing was resolved by imagining a scene where a bunch of nature-loving bears having a good time in a sunlit valley with waterfalls, trees, moss, and daffodil flowers.

How was the illustration used:
I collaborated with Seltzergoods on creating an image for a puzzle. It was used on a multi-size puzzle with small, medium, large, and extra large pieces.

How did you make this work:
The illustration was painted digitally. I applied some paper textures to add a soft, hand-made touch.
