Why did you make this work:
As a disabled person, I would like to encourage other people who are also physically challenged to step out of their comfort zone and pursue their dreams, even if it may be daunting and uncomfortable. Many people with disabilities prefer to stay in their safe place and are afraid of trying new things or taking on challenges to promote themselves, so I hope to use my story to inspire them.

How was the illustration used:
This illustration isn’t published or commissioned but self-practice, expressing my feelings and thoughts to encourage others.

How did you make this work:
I made it with gouache color and then added it to my iPad to modify by Procreate. I like to use brilliant saturated colors to present my artwork and add different textures to create visual effects. Usually, I add lots of red and yellow colors to the painting because I like these two colors the most and I think these two colors can make people feel passion, love and warmth.
