I have expressed a combination of fording paper and ink drawing on this work.
This combinations will show the illustration more fun and narratives.
It looks like a book before you open, however when you reach to the last 'page', the book turns to a paper.
How was the illustration used: A zine for my solo exhibition
How did you make this work: I have applied traditional Asian Ink drawing technique and architectural drafting technique on watercolour paper.

Biography:
Wanxin is an illustrator, designer, and photographer. She is one of the awarded illustrators for the Bologna Children Book Fair 2020.
She was born in China, spent her teens in Japan, and studied at the University of Manchester with MA and BA(Hons) Architecture degrees. After professional practice in Singapore and Tokyo, she quit her architect career in 2017 to be an artist.
