This was an art challenge given by my professor, which was to do a portrait of Langston Hughes.

How was the illustration used:

How did you make this work:
I imagined Langston Hughes as the Blues musician himself as he was well known for his wonderful capture of Blues elements in his poems. I used Procreate to create this image.
