I grew up and live in rural West Sussex. I'm 23 years old, recently graduated from Falmouth University. Living in the beautiful environment of the South Downs National Park has influenced my aesthetic and themes in my work. I have developed a strong interest in narrative based illustration. I'm currently working on a graphic novel inspired by a friendship my great-grandfather had with the artist Giorgio De Chirico. - Where did you hear about the competition?
