Why did you make this work:
Indonesia consists of 17.000 islands and becomes one of the biggest archipelago countries in the world and has a high variety of wildlife from other countries, it causes by natural selection. The big reason to create this book cause there's no book like this before, there's no Indonesian Wildlife Encyclopedia in here, in Indonesia. It was ironic.

How was the illustration used:
The illustration used in contents of book.

How did you make this work:
First of all collected all the materials such as books, videos, articles and other sources. Then listed all of the animals that must be in the book. After that sketch the animals and finalization in digital method, I mean for the illustrations is digital illustrations, finally arranged all the stuff into a book.

Syams Riadio was born in 1992 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Currently live in Jakarta and become a freelance illustrator for did a lot of commission project. For him The illustration is more than pictures that tell stories; since then he believes illustration can also be seen as a representation of human thoughts, a foundation of an invention, and a statement of the act.
