He/His - Why did you create this work?
I was commissioned by Colgate Magazine to illustrate an article about the advantages of shared capitalism. Sharing the wealth of a company boosts employee productivity by 4-5%. It‘s a simple idea: If your pay or wealth is tied to the company performance or the well-being of the company, you’re going to work harder and smarter. - How were your illustrations used?

Stephan Schmitz is an editorial illustrator born in the Dominican Republic in 1983. He studied illustration at the Lucerne School of Applied Sciences and Arts from 2004 to 2009. Stephan now lives and works in Zürich, Switzerland. He specialises in making initially simple images that convey reams of information. - Where are you currently based?
