Why did you make this work:
Lavazza asked me to illustrate the opening of the chapters relating to the UN Goals that the company is trying to pursue.

How was the illustration used:
The illustrations were used in the 2020 Lavazza Sustainability Report.

How did you make this work:
I used the elements of the coffee world (the plant, the Carmencita coffee pot, the cup and the 1895 coffee pack) changing their function and making them become elements of the landscape.

Biography:
Sonia Ligorio is a freelance illustrator based in Turin. She works in the editorial, cultural and private sector with clients like AIRC, Amazon, DeAgostini, Lavazza, Rizzoli. After a degree at the Polytechnic University of Turin, she started to work as graphic designer in some communication agencies. In 2014 she starts attending illustration courses and in 2019 the illustration becomes her work.
