I was commissioned by Emily Caulfield from Harvard Business Review to create an illustration for the article"Making Exit Interviews Count" which was released in Harvard Business Review Magazine, Special Issue of "The New Rules of Managing Talent" in Fall 2021.

It was used as an editorial illustration for an article at Harvard Business Review Magazine.
How did you make this work:
Skilled employees are the company's most valuable asset. This article mentioned it's important to know why employees stay and why they leave. Exit interviews can provide thoughtful feedback on employee engagement and retention. My approach for this illustration was to create a 2.5d space with a surrealism style. It provides a space and chance for employees to talk with the company before leaving. Commissioner Name :
