- Why did you create this work?
I was commissioned by the BBC (via my agency CIA) to create three striking digital billboard pieces featuring headline acts which were to be performing on the Pyramid Stage for Glastonbury 2023 to promote both the live coverage of the event and the ability to catch-up with performances afterwards on the iPlayer. The brief was to showcase both the iconic stage and the artists performing. - How were your illustrations used?
The artwork was displayed on approximate 500 digital billboards across the UK for two weeks, during and after the event. - What materials and techniques did you use?
The artwork was painted by hand in Photoshop, using a Wacom Cintiq 24 HD. - Was this project commissioned?
