Why did you make this work:
I was asked to illustrate a series of moving spots to accompany an article titled "Five-Minute Coronavirus Stress Resets". The piece teaches us 5 simple ways to get unstuck from anxiety.

How was the illustration used:
The animated spots were used in a publication at nytimes.com along text by Dr, Jenny Taitz, a clinical psychologist.

How did you make this work:
The work was illustrated in Procreate and animated in Procreate and After Effects.

Biography:
Rozalina Burkova is an illustrator, visual artist and animator. Originally from Bulgaria, Rozalina is currently based between Barcelona and Sofia and works internationally. Graduate of Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design. Clients include Tate Modern, Gucci, Washington Post, New York Times, NBC, Liberty’s , Human Rights Watch, Habitat For Humanity. Rozalina is especially excited by projects with environmental, humanitarian and social focus.
