Why did you make this work:
I was commissioned by TIME Magazine to illustrate the cover image, featuring a selection of the 100 greatest places in the world to visit.

How was the illustration used:
Magazine cover.

How did you make this work:
I started out researching locations in the list and drew up the various places that appealed to me. I wanted to make a grid composition and started by figuring out the colour ways for this base structure. Having drawn up the various scenes in pencil, I then set about using Illustrator to finalise the scenes.

Biography:
Peter is originally from Hull and studied at Brighton University on the Illustration degree course. He works from a shared studio in central Brighton and has clients from all aspects of the design and publishing industries, including TIME Magazine, BMW, Harvard University, Landor and ArianeSpace.
