This portrait was created for the Herchive project, a visual archive of women and non-binary artists throughout history.
It's a personal stylistic exploration inspired by the wonderful work of the Portuguese modern painter Mily Possoz.
How was the illustration used: It was published online as part of the Herchive project, along with the artist's biography and details about her practice.
How did you make this work: For this portrait I studied Mily Possoz work and tried to combine the artist's traditional painting techniques with mine of digital painting.
