Why did you make this work:
I was approached to create a series of collages reflecting the conditions of living with Parkinson's I was given the freedom to interview patients and create images that reflected on my conversations with the individuals. How was the illustration used:
It was used as part of a website and campaign but also a series of prints shared with the individuals interviewed.

How did you make this work:
The work was made by undertaking interviews with individuals living with Parkinson's then translating their stories into digital collages using photoshop, texture and hand drawn elements. A free form and intuitive response.

Biography:
Nate Kitch is a freelance illustrator and maverick currently existing in Oxford, he has been creating imagery for close to a decade and regularly contributes to the likes of The Guardian, Newstatesman and the Economist. He is interested in the textural and abstract and always trying to find the line between communicating and confounding his audience.
