ProfessionalWhy did you make this work:
This is a self publication and the book version of my masters thesis about interactive experimental comics and the Greek folk songs of Epirus. I created this printed version because I wanted to see how a generated comic from combining strips, could be translated into a printed object. In this publication, the reader is lost in illustrated lyrics from folk songs about birth, love, longing and death.
How was the illustration used: The illustration is used on the cover and as the main storytelling tool of this interactive comic.
How did you make this work: The illustrations were made as a combination of pencil sketches and digital media.
