Joe Eden is the Art Editor at BBC Science Focus magazine, the UK’s bestselling science & tech monthly. He studied fine art and Graphic Communication in the North East before moving to Bristol to work in advertising design. After various stints on BBC Countryfile, Who Do You Think You Are? and BBC History magazines, he joined BBC Science Focus in 2012, directing their redesigns in 2016 and 2019. He regularly commissions infographics and conceptual illustrations for the magazine, on topics ranging from space junk to the nature of consciousness.
