Why did you make this work:
In Spring 2017 ZSL London Zoo launched Zoo Nights, a new adults-only after-hours event. I was commissioned by Edit Brand Studio to illustrate some of the zoo's animals as part of an identity and campaign for Zoo Nights which would shift pre-conceptions of the zoo from being a daytime attraction for kids and families to a cool, quirky Friday night venue for the after-work London crowd

How did you make this work:
Edit Brand Studio had the idea of having the rising moon/setting sun that appears in the Zoo Nights logo at the centre of each design. The challenge for me was to design each animal to work within the circle shape using my geometric illustration style. London Zoo has some iconic poster designs in its collection so I felt my approach needed to be bold and stylish.
