Why did you make this work:
I was given the brief of 'Solo Travel' as the issue topic for AirBnB magazine, so chose to focus on the joy of local knowledge. In this instance, a local couple pass a sauce bottle to the tourist at a ramen bar.

How was the illustration used:
The illustration was used as a wraparound cover for the August edition of AirBnb. The theme for the issue was Solo Travel.

How did you make this work:
I made this work using photoshop, drawing digitally on a Cintiq monitor. I used traditional inspired brushes, digitally.
