Gustavo Dorietto is a Brazilian creative director and self-taught illustrator currently working at FCB Chicago.

His work as both an advertising creative and an illustrator has won awards in Europe and in the USA.

He believes that every good idea he has comes from the sketches and silly doodles he does in his notebooks. He is currently working on his first graphic novel.​

Gustavo will judge the WIA2016 Self-Initiated category
