Why did you make this work:
This work was commissioned by self-published author Charlie Tyrrel, who saw my portfolio and fell in love with my style. He wanted his book illustrated in a light sketchy humorous manner and gave me full freedom.

The whole project was made in Procreate on iPad using brushes imitating ink, watercolour and soft pencils.

Biography:
Evgenia lives in the UK, Woking. Her introduction to illustrating was through her initial work in graphic design for international brands in an advertising agency. Recently Evgenia illustrated a non-fiction educational book for children about safety at mountain resorts, drew backgrounds for Christmas advert animation for Barbour, created a set of pictures for dark humor tales for school kids.
