This illustration has been commissioned by a team of scientists from the University of Washington, who's focusing their studies into Zebrafish embryos, trying to find more connections to humans cells. This illustration has been used for their paper's cover.

Elena Galofaro, in art Elena Bansh, is an artist from Italy based between London and Milan. She graduated from the Royal College of Art in 2021 and since then she's been working as a freelance illustrator and animator for international clients such as NATURE, BBC Science Focus and more.
