It is a self-exploration project based on my idea of "Shadows". The concept was first born with the 2D format, but as I gradually developed it, I thought moving images were a better approach. The two hand-drawn animated GIFs are done with colored pencils and watercolor.

She enjoys observing the "uncanny moments" in her daily life, and with her passion for designing whimsical characters, Di creates illustrations based on these collections of small inspirations.
