Wanderlust is an illustration series inspired by the serenity of nature in response to the fear of the pandemic outbreak worldwide. The depictions of nature are not only mere representations of the external world; instead, they are reflections of the mind and soul of individuals and could serve as therapeutic purposes. Looking inwards is much needed than ever for everyone in the era of pandemics.

How did you make this work:
The series was being hand-sketched at first and rendered in Photoshop.

Daisy(aka Yu-Han) is a digital illustrator from Taipei, Taiwan, and travels around the Pacific region. She graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2017 and worked as an in-house designer until 2019 before starting traveling. Her decorative artworks are influenced by the obsession with the style of Art Nouveau, Art Deco artists, such as Erte, Aubrey Beardsley, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
