Un-commissioned | New Talent

Why did you make this work:
I made this work as part of my final project for my MA in children's book illustration. I drew from childhood memories of long car journeys, being trapped in a small space with nothing to do, experiencing the worst boredom and frustration. Of course now I look back with nostalgia, all that time spent with family and doing nothing but thinking and day dreaming!

How was the illustration used:
These illustrations are part of a short graphic novel.

How did you make this work:
Charcoal and soft pastel
