Cat manages Artfelt, an award winning arts programme at Sheffield Children’s Hospital. She commissions leading artists and designers from around the world to transform the hospital environment, helping children recover in spaces tailored to them.
Cat has a background in illustration and an MA in Art Psychotherapy. She was instrumental in setting up the UK’s Paediatric Hospitals Art Network, the Sheffield Arts and Wellbeing Network and recently contributed to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Arts, Health and Wellbeing. Her interests lie in challenging preconceptions of art in healthcare settings and adult approaches to designing for children.
