Forgetting to remember

Design Product & Packaging

Commissioned | Professional

Why did you make this work:
I made this poster as a commission for a children's theatre play about a girl who learns about life choices and loss through her grandmother's stories and her characteristic advice: remember to forget, referring specifically to what adults think is impossible.

How was the illustration used:
Used to promote a children's theatre play as part of the National Institute of Fine Arts' program in Mexico City.

How did you make this work:
I extracted the most relevant elements in the play and made them interact almost as if they where on stage, such as the bathtub, which acts like a portal between scenes. Coloured digitally using photographed and digitally enhanced textures.
