Why did you make this work:
This series of personal illustrations on the theme 'Alone or Lonely', came into being as a result of the lockdown. Enjoying her own company during lockdown started as a necessity but soon turned into a weirdly comfortable choice. Sometimes alone time is all you need to not feel lonely in a room full of people.

How was the illustration used:
The illustrations were used for personal promotion.

How did you make this work:
These Illustrations were made on Adobe Photoshop while focusing on the use of a soft brush. The soft brush helped with the study of light and shadow, while allowing to have the illustrations be moody.

Biography:
Arushi Kathuria is a dreamer. Most of the time you will find her making nonsensical GIFs while having her finger dipped in a humongous jar of Nutella. When she is not making GIFs, she is busy looking at clouds and sunsets, and making plans to go to the moon. Music, aliens and outer space are a constant source of inspiration for her and her work.
