Why did you make this work:
I was born in China. Chinese people like to get together with friends and family. This painting is a scene of Chinese people visiting the market. The pear cake cooked by Grandpa, the sweet and sour ice sugar gourd, and all kinds of balloons and toys loved by children are indispensable elements in Chinese market. I want to record it since it belongs to the unique and worldly image in my hometown.

How was the illustration used:
editorial illustration(a book cover,fashion magazine,animation...),advertising(poster), merchandise(package design)

How did you make this work:
I made this picture by Procreate.I used 6 main colours which have high tone and high saturation in order to show a lively sense. I think the most unique part is the exploration of lines.I like to use short,rough lines to depict objects.And when using rubber tools,I will not completely erase the wrong places, deliberately leaving some small line traces can increase sense of hierarchy.
